Please join 2019 Canada Winter Games Head Coach, Brittany Carter, and Assistant Coach, Lucas Byrne, for a HPP group Hike at The Bluff Wilderness Hiking Trail on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at 10am!

10am Meet at trail entrance at The Bluff Parking Lot
10-2pm Hike the Hay Marsh Loop & Group Picnic Lunch
2-5pm Group Sessions on Sports Nutrition/Group Snack/Goal Setting/Drug-Free Sport
Cost: Free (with exception of dinner which is user-pay)
6pm Group Dinner, (Location TBD)
