Reminder about tonight's web series event
Jackson Slaunwhite will be joining our fall web series to discuss sport psychology with our members. This is open to all of our current and former membership and families.
Jackson is a former ski racer from PEI who competed across the atlantic region as well as FIS. He coached for 4 years, expanded into mental performance coaching and has been doing this for the past 3 years working with provincial, national, and international level teams and competitors, helping to win some championships along the way"
He will be discussing motivation, goal setting and journaling, dealing with adversities, keeping sport fun despite the difficult situation (covid and all) journaling.
