U14, U16+ Virtual Dryland Training - Sunday November 29th - 11:00am
2020-11-28U14+ Dryland Session Sunday November 29th on Zoom starting at 11:00am
Dryland training session for Sunday November 29th for our U14 and older athletes will be held virtually on Zoom. Zoom meeting start time is 11:00am sharp (immediatly following the U12 session).
We are asking athletes to arrive/login by 11:00 having completed a 15 minute run (this should start shortly before 10:45am so we can begin the session immediatly at 11:00am). The run intensity should be targeting HR Zone 3 (which is approximately 150bpm).
Call details are below, please log on a few minutes before if possible.
For the Zoom session, athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit. Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).
The virtual dryland session is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour in duration.
