U10/U12 Extended Program Virtual Dryland Training - Wednesday Dec 2 6:00pm

Dryland training session for Wednesday, December 2nd  for our U12 and participating U10 athletes will be held virtually on Zoom.  Start time is 6:00pm sharp, please log on a few minutes before if possible.  Call details are below

Athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit.  Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).

The virtual dryland session is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour in duration.
