Dryland training session for Wednesday December 2nd for our U14 and older athletes will be held virtually on Zoom. Zoom meeting start time is 7:00pm sharp (immediatly following the U12 session).
We are asking athletes to arrive/login by 7:00pm having completed a 15 minute run (this should start shortly before 6:45pm so we can begin the session immediatly at 11:00am). The run intensity should be targeting HR Zone 3 (which is approximately 150bpm). Please be safe adn highly visible if running on or near any public roadways.
Call details are below, please log on a few minutes before if possible.
For the Zoom session, athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit. Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).
The virtual dryland session is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour in duration.
