U10/U12 Virtual Dryland Training - Sunday Dec 6th - 10:00am

Dryland training session for Sunday December 6th for our U12 and participating U10 athletes will be held virtually on Zoom (note all athelete are welcome to join this virtual session).  Start time is 10:00am sharp, please log on a few minutes before if possible.  Call details are below

Athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit.  Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).

The virtual dryland session is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour in duration.
