U14, U16+ Virtual Dryland Training - Wednesday December 16th - 7:00pm (all athletes welcome) _UPDATED WITH LINK

Dryland training session for Wednesday December 16th for our U14 and older athletes will be held virtually on Zoom.  Zoom meeting start time is 7:00pm sharp (immediatly following the U10/U12 session).  All MSRC athletes and visiting BEST, WSRC athletes are welcome and encouraged to participate.

We are asking athletes to arrive/login by 7:00pm having completed a 15 minute run (this should start shortly before 6:45pm so we can begin the session immediatly at 7:00pm).  The run intensity should be targeting HR Zone 3 (which is approximately 150bpm).  Please be safe if running outside at night and use appropirate lighting and high visibilty clothing.

For the Zoom session, athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit.  Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).  Also, a study chair and some weights or weighted items (milk jugs, juice cans etc) may be helpful

The virtual dryland session is anticipated to be approximately 1 hour in duration and coaches for this session will be asking athletes to have cameras turned on during the session to provide feedback to the athletes.
