U10/12 virtual dryland Sunday Dec 20-10:00am

Dryland training session for Sunday December 20th for our U12 and U10 athletes will be held virtually on Zoom (note MSRC all atheletes and visiting BEST, WSRC athletes are welcome to join this virtual session).  Start time is 10:00am sharp, please log on a few minutes before if possible.  Call details are below

Athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit.  Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).

NEW THIS WEEK - athletes are asked to have ther ski gear packed in their ski bag...coaches may have some fun games.  Boots helmet goggles gloves jackets snow pants (or race suits) etc!!
