U10/U12 Virtual Dryland Training - Wednesday December 23rd, 6:00pm Start

Dryland training session for Wednesday December 23rd for our U12 and U10 athletes will be held virtually on Zoom (note MSRC all atheletes and visiting BEST, WSRC athletes are welcome to join this virtual session).  Start time is 6:00pm sharp, please log on a few minutes before if possible.  Call details are below

Athletes should set up in an open room or space where movement will be permitted or outdoors if weather (and wifi) permit.  Please have a water bottle and a yoga mat if possible (not required but may be helpful).

NEW THIS WEEK - athletes are asked to have ther ski gear packed in their ski bag...coaches may have some fun games.  Boots helmet goggles gloves jackets snow pants (or race suits) etc!!
