MSRC Race Results now Available - UPDATED

Results from the MSRC races have been posted on the website under the Results tab. All the atheltes from Martock and Wentworth had a great day of racing and we hope everyone had a lot of fun and a great experience.
The races held on Saturday were timed and those times are now available. In addition to the times, a classification for each athelte for each race was provided as a Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Participation. The classification is based on comparision to a Par time which was set by one of our experienced coaches and then an adjustment based on the category in which each athlete is grouped in.
In the final few columns of the results table, there is a reference to the seconds to next classification. This is essentially the time difference to the next higher classifications based on the athletes fastest of the 2 runs. This is only to provide a comparision to what the next goals could be in terms of progression.
We saw a lot of the athletes improve thier times between race one and race two and we are extremely impressed with everyones results and progression through the season so far.
Big thanks to all of our volunteers, officals, coaches, athletes, families and the hill operators to make this event happen. As our Technical Director indicated, this is the biggest race event east of Calgary this season and one of only a handfull of events held within the country thus far. It couldn't have been done without all the support of our members and Ski Martock. We also wanted to send a big thanks out to the Wentworth U12 athletes, coaches and families for making the trip as well.
